Rental Service Return Policy
- Condition of Items: The renter agrees to return the rented item(s) in the same condition as received, without damage beyond normal wear and tear.
- Late Returns: A late fee will apply for items returned after the agreed rental period. The exact late fee amount will be discussed and determined upon the return of the item(s) based on the delay and condition.
- Damage or Loss: The renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the rented item(s). Repair or replacement costs will be assessed upon return.
- Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a half refund. No refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of the rental start date.

Return Inspection: Upon return, the item(s) will be inspected. Any fees for late returns, damage, or loss will be discussed with the renter before charges are applied.
